Slice of Life Tuesday. The theme was 'Food'. I have two photos - one new & one old. The top photo is a carrot cake I made this week - this recipe uses pistachios instead of walnuts. The bottom photo is from when I was in Qld - at a cafe, this was the yummiest cake ever - sponge roll with lemon curd & marscapone cream. With a cup of English Breakfast tea, just perfect!
First I have to say I love both photos - but the upper one a little more - and I love carrot cakes - yummy!
